Sports Hall

 

The new sports hall and fitness suite at Handsworth Grange Community Sports College was opened by Richard Caborn MP, Minister for Sport and Tourism on Friday 26 Novemeber 2004. The project cost £2 million to complete, and was funded by Sport England (£1.5 million) and Sheffield City Council (£0.5 million).

 

The hall boasts four badminton courts, a full-sized basketball court, a large trampoline rig, and cricket equipment. There are also modern changing and washing rooms, office space, and rooms available for hire by members of the community.

 

Adult education classes, access to IT suites and créche facilities are also available.
