The School Library

 

To enable students to use their initiative in learning, a well run and accessible school library and information centre are essential.

 

At Handsworth Grange Community Sports College, our library is well stocked with an excellent range of fiction, non-fiction, reference and career guidance materials. In our information centre there is also a suite of computers for students to use in their search for information.

 

We believe that the library and information centre should provide a busy, friendly working environment. We actively encourage all students to make use of them for individual research and study and for leisure activities. We put on special events to increase students' interest.

 

We are proud of the facilities now available to students and staff and are always seeking ways of improving our provision.
